Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your silhouette so after receiving your proof we will give you the opportunity to ask for amendments. We will then send you a mock up of what your final artwork will look like. Only when you are completely satisfied will we begin the printing process. Once the artwork has gone to print we will not be able to offer you a refund.
